Yes. HUBO Sports combines sports eyewear R&D, manufacturing, and sales, serving brands, wholesalers, and retailers. We support cycling glasses projects from design and sampling through testing and bulk production, with OEM, ODM, and private-label options to suit different product requirements.
You can customize logos, frame colors, lens options, packaging, and selected accessories. Packaging choices include pouches, EVA cases, and printed boxes. For a new design, our development process includes 2D and 3D proposals and sample evaluation. Available features and tooling requirements depend on the selected model and project scope.
Our cycling eyewear range includes polarized, photochromic, and interchangeable-lens options on selected models. Polarized lenses help reduce reflected glare, while photochromic lenses adjust their tint as light conditions change. For custom projects, additional options can include high-contrast lenses, anti-fog treatments, hard coating film designed to resist seawater corrosion, and anti-ghosting films for urban road use. Yes. Selected models support a prescription insert. For example, the HB-502 includes a built-in prescription insert frame and is listed at 29 g. Ask us to confirm insert availability and fitting requirements for your chosen model. The insert frame is not the same as a finished pair of prescription lenses.
Our standard MOQ starts at 300 pairs per model. Selected white-label options may be available from 100 pairs. Color-specific minimums also apply, and custom injection colors can require higher quantities. Share your preferred model, color breakdown, and branding requirements so we can confirm the applicable MOQ and quotation.
Yes. Samples are available for checking fit, lens options, branding, and packaging before bulk production. Logo-customized samples are typically ready in about 7 days, subject to the selected model and customization scope. Bulk production starts after final sample approval; the production and shipping schedule is confirmed for each order.
HUBO Sports offers cycling glasses with UV400 lens options. Our process includes sample testing and quality checks during bulk production. Before ordering, tell us your destination market and required specifications, and request the available test reports or compliance documents for the exact model and lens configuration. Documentation should be checked for that configuration rather than assumed to cover every product.
